Turnaround Times: Custom Orders

When placing an order, there will be a written description informing you of the turnaround time for your item. As fabric is ordered in for your item, there is often a turnaround of 6-10 weeks for your item. Where fabric is in stock, we aim to fulfil orders within 3-5 weeks. On both accounts, if we are able to send it to you sooner then we shall. Items shall be posted to you by Royal Mail and we always keep proof of postage. 

Turnaround Times: Custom Orders
On our website we have ready made stock (found under: Last Chance). These items shall be posted to you within a few working days. The only exception to this is when your order contains a mixture of premade items and custom orders. Where this is the case, the items shall be posted to you together, falling into the longer turnaround time. If you wish to have your items sooner, please do so as two separate orders. 

Packaging
You shall receive your items of clothing in an eco-friendly mailing bag which we  would encourage you to reuse and/or recycle. There will also be a personalised "Thank You" card which has been printed onto recycled card, so please do recycle it after reading or pass to a friend to recommend us.  For more information on how we've been environmentally conscientious, please see our "environment policy".
